Today is October 20th and 5 years ago the first ubuntu version was shipped so let’s celebrate it all over the world and wish it a Happy Birthday.

In Arabic we write :

عيـــد ميــلاد سعيـــد أوبونتــو

  5. Ubuntu 6.10 was my first too. Used it for 20months off a USB hard drive. No hassles whatsoever. Was very pleased with it. Now on Ubuntu 8.04.
